The Zen Swaddle has three, well-placed bean bags that make an infant feel like she is being held. You may start seeing more posts around here after all. She woke up to eat and is now fully back to sleep IN HER CRIB while I work. Then she slept through the night on the second night as well. I suspect she would have gone longer except for the fact that when my 4 year old woke me up in the morning I had to check to see if she was breathing. I put baby in it last night and crossed my fingers. To date, the longest stretch IвЂ™ve slept at night with baby in her crib is 2 hours so while I thought the Zen Swaddle was cool, I honestly didnвЂ™t think my sleep was going to improve much at this point.Д«ut, the Zen Swaddle is soft and comfy looking so when they found out I wasnвЂ™t sleeping much and contacted me I figured IвЂ™d give it a try. While there is something nice about waking up with a baby snuggled next to you, I donвЂ™t sleep very deeply when IвЂ™m cosleeping and the sleep deprivation is starting to get to me. I went nuts researching mattresses during my pregnancy and this little girl has never spent more than an hour at a time sleeping in her crib. IвЂ™ve coslept to some degree with all my kids but I never set out to cosleep full-time. except that it means I donвЂ™t get any sleep and the sleep I do get is with her in my bed. No worries there because she wonвЂ™t let us put her down. Our last baby passed away and I joked that I was never going to put this baby down. I know itвЂ™s expected with a newborn but itвЂ™s been nearly 5 years since IвЂ™ve had a newborn and you forget what itвЂ™s like to function on no sleep. IвЂ™ve mentioned that IвЂ™m not getting much sleep these days. The Zen Swaddle is right at the top of my list at the moment. There are some products that you just kick yourself for not discovering earlier.
